The New York Yankees (the "Yankees") would like to thank all our fans for helping us set a new single season
American League attendance record during the 2006 season. Now that we have turned our sights on capturing our
27th World Championship, we hope that you will show your Pinstripe Pride and join us for the stretch run at
Yankee Stadium (the "Stadium").
As part of our continuing effort to make postseason tickets available to as many fans as possible, we have
developed a registration process that provides fans with a fair opportunity to purchase postseason tickets
and minimizes the impact of ticket speculators. Because there are only a limited number of postseason tickets
available for purchase, fans are encouraged to register with the Yankees in order to participate in the
Postseason Ticket On-Sale.
The registration period begins at 12:00 noon EDT, October 9, 2006 through 5:00 p.m. EDT, October 12, 2006
(the "Registration Period). Fans can only register once during the Registration Period by either:
(i) going on-line to yankees.com, or (ii) visiting the Advance Ticket Windows at the Stadium (between Gates 4 and 6).
Fans who register during the Registration Period are eligible for consideration for the opportunity to purchase up to two
(2) tickets to one (1) game of the 2006 World Series that may be played at Yankee Stadium (the "Stadium").
Fans who register will be randomly chosen for the opportunity to purchase applicable postseason tickets (subject to
availability) for potential Yankees' postseason games at the Stadium.
Show your pinstripes! Don't miss out on an opportunity to buy postseason tickets to potential postseason games that
may be played at the Stadium.
