In 2012, the Angels will select their fifth class of adopted high schools and elementary schools for the Adopt-A-School program. The five high schools will each receive a $2,500 grant to go toward their baseball and softball programs as well as an allotment of tickets for the 2012 season.
As a part of the Adopt-A-School program in the elementary schools, every student receives an Angels school supplies pack and each school will be given an allotment of tickets for the 2012 season to be used in their incentive programs. The Angels Baseball Foundation will also present each elementary school with a $1,000 grant to go toward their reading programs.
The Angels will honor each of these schools at a 2012 regular season home game.
