Licensees of a 41-Game or 40-Game Plan will have the opportunity to license the same seat location for approximately half of all postseason home games scheduled to be played at Yankee Stadium. Licensees of a 20-Game Plan will have the opportunity to license the same seat location for approximately one quarter of all postseason home games scheduled to be played at Yankee Stadium. Licensees of a 20-Game Plan will have the opportunity to license the same seat location for approximately one quarter of all postseason home games scheduled to be played at Yankee Stadium. Additionally, Licensees of 20-Game Plan No. 2 will automatically be eligible to participate in the Preliminary Pre-On-Sale for the opportunity to purchase available Tickets to a potential American League Division Series game. Licensees of 20-Game Plan No. 2 will be permitted to purchase, subject to availability, a maximum of two Tickets to either potential Home Game 2 or Home Game 3 scheduled to be played at Yankee Stadium during the American League Division Series.
Only a LIMITED number of Tickets (as determined by the New York Yankees in its sole and absolute discretion) will be made available during the Preliminary Pre-On-Sale.
