3. How do I change my e-mail address?

From the top of any Yankees on YES page, click Profile. Select "I already have an account" and enter your current e-mail address and password, then click Login.

In the Profile page that opens once you have logged in, under the "Account Information" section, click on the "Change" link above your e-mail address on the top of the page. In the window that opens after you click on the link, enter your new e-mail address and click "Save Email".

4. How do I change my password?

From the top of any Yankees on YES page, click Profile. Select "I already have an account" and enter your current e-mail address and password, then click Login.

In the Profile page that opens once you have logged, in the Account Information section on the top of the page, click on the "Change" link to the right of where it says "Password" on the top of the page. In the window that opens after you click on the link, enter your current password, as well as your new password (twice to confirm the spelling) and then click "Save Password". Keep in mind that passwords are case sensitive.

5. How do I change my nickname?

From the top of any Yankees on YES page, click Profile. Select "I already have an account" and enter your current e-mail address and password, then click Login.

In the "Personal Information" section of the Profile page that opens once you have logged in, click on the "Change" link to the right of where it says "Nickname" in the middle section of the page. In the window that opens after you click on the link, enter your new nickname and click "Save Nickname."

6. What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forgot your Yankees on YES password, click here to go to the Forgot Your Password page.

On the following page, enter the email address associated with your Yankees on YES account for us to send you a new password. Check your email for the password that we have sent you. Use this new password to log in to Yankees on YES. After logging in, we recommend changing the password to one that you would prefer.

7. I clicked "Forgot Your Password" and did not receive a new password via e-mail.

If you have a spam filter enabled on your email account, then the email with your new password may have been marked as spam. Check your spam folder for the email. If there was a typo in your email address when you signed up or you no longer have access to the email address you signed up with, then you should email yankeesonyes@yankees.mlb.com or call Customer Support toll free in the U.S. at 866.446.8254 (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm ET).

8. How do I save or update my billing information?

From the top of any Yankees on YES page, click Profile. On the "Profile" page, click on "Payment Profile" in the panel along the left side of the page. Fill out all of the required information on this page and then click on the "Save to Payment Profile" button. You can save additional billing options by clicking on the "Create New" button on the top right of this page. The different billing options are distinguished by what you enter in the "Label" field.
