The Orioles will join the Rays and the other 28 MLB clubs to honor the victims of this senseless act of violence and to show support for the Parkland, Fla., community.

  • Orioles announce 2018 Spring Training Opening Day plans

    The Orioles have announced plans for Opening Day of the 2018 Spring Training season on Friday, February 23, when the Orioles host the Tampa Bay Rays at 1:05 p.m. ET at Ed Smith Stadium. All fans in attendance will receive a 2018 Spring Training schedule magnet, sponsored by Visit Sarasota. Additionally, the first 1,000 female fans in attendance will receive a Birds of Paradise flower, courtesy of Beneva Flowers.

  • Orioles announce 2018 radio broadcast team

    The Orioles have announced their radio broadcast team for the 2018 season, led by longtime Orioles Radio Network broadcaster JOE ANGEL, who is returning for his 19th year as the "Voice of the Orioles." Angel will be joined by veteran broadcaster JIM HUNTER, who will continue to appear on MASN's television broadcasts and begins his 22nd year as a member of the Orioles broadcast team. Providing analysis for select games this season will be Orioles Radio newcomer and former Orioles second baseman BRIAN ROBERTS, as well as former Orioles pitcher BEN McDONALD, who returns for a third season as an analyst.

    The Orioles today announced the coaching staffs for their seven minor league affiliates for the 2018 season.

    The Orioles have announced they will conduct an open tryout to find ballgirls and ballboys for the 2018 season at Oriole Park at Camden Yards on Saturday, March 3. The judges will include members of the Orioles' front office and Entercom personalities GREG CARPENTER, co-host of Today's 101.9 WLIF's morning show, and REAGAN WARFIELD, co-host of MIX 106.5's morning show.
