Yankees 4, Mariners 2
Alex Rodriguez's homer was the seventh of his career off Jarrod Washburn. (Getty)
With his fourth homer in six games, Alex Rodriguez broke a sixth-inning tie and sent the Yankees on their way to a seventh straight win. Solo homers by Johnny Damon and Melky Cabrera -- whose towering shot to left was reviewed but upheld -- also helped make a winner of Andy Pettitte.
