Yankee Stadium guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol. Proper identification is required of all guests, regardless of age, to purchase any alcoholic beverage. There is a limit of two beers per person, per sale at concessions stands on the concourses and one beer per person, per sale from vendors selling in the seating area. Sale of alcoholic beverages in the seating area will end two hours after the start of the game or in the middle of the seventh inning, whichever comes first. General sale of alcoholic beverages at all other locations in Yankee Stadium will end at the conclusion of the seventh inning. Drunken and disorderly behavior or violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from Yankee Stadium without refund. Yankees management reserves the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time. Alcohol is prohibited from being brought into Yankee Stadium.
Service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted in Yankee Stadium. All other animals are prohibited.
The Audi Yankees Club is a membership club located on the H&R Block Suite Level. The club features a cocktail bar and a dining lounge and offers sweeping views of Yankee Stadium from left field. The experience is highlighted by performance-cooking stations, a dessert station and full cocktail service. Membership is available on an annual basis. For more information, please click here. As a service to guests, the AAA Automobile Club of New York provides free emergency roadside service after home games to any guest experiencing car trouble. Guests requiring this service should go to the Guest Services Booth located in the Great Hall near Gate 6 or the Yankee Stadium Lobby near Gate 2.
In recognition of Yankee Stadium being a living museum, the Yankees have re-created the historic manually operated auxiliary scoreboards along the walls in left-center and right-center field, made famous at the close of Don Larsen's perfect game in the 1956 World Series.

Diaper bags, small backpacks, small purses and bags are permitted. However, in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations, bags larger than 16 x 16 x 8 inches will not be allowed into the Stadium. Briefcases, large backpacks, large purses and bags, coolers and hard-sided bags and containers are also not permitted. All bags must be thoroughly inspected before they are permitted into the Stadium. Box templates shall be used at inspection points, and bags and their contents must fit without assistance, modification or adjustment. The Yankees reserve the right to inspect any bags, clothing or other articles prior to entry into Yankee Stadium and prohibit entry or require removal of any items the Yankees deem inappropriate or potentially injurious to Yankee Stadium, other patrons or field personnel.
Banners and signs are permitted provided they are baseball-related, in good taste and not of a commercial nature. Banners and signs may not exceed 3 feet in height, obstruct the view of other guests or Yankee Stadium advertising signage or be affixed to Yankee Stadium in any manner. Banners may be carried through the stands between innings only. Banners and signs may not be displayed in fair territory. The Yankees reserve the right to remove any banner or sign in violation of the Yankees' policies.
The Banquet & Conference Center features a variety of audio/video capabilities, including video conferencing, liquid crystal display projectors and wireless microphones, enabling corporate guests to conduct business while enjoying the baseball experience. The Banquet & Conference Center is located on the H&R Block Suite Level.
Remember fans, on game days, arrive early. Yankee Stadium Gates on Babe Ruth Plaza and Gates 2 and 8, open three hours prior to the start of every home game. All fans are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy batting practice and infield workouts from select areas of the Field Level and the Bleachers; specifically, all fans may watch batting practice and infield workouts from Field Level Sections 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135 and 136 and from all Bleachers Sections. Please note, on certain game days the Yankees may elect not to take batting practice, infield workouts or both. Those fans who take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy batting practice and infield workouts from the Field Level and/or the Bleachers may remain until the players leave the field following the conclusion of the Yankees batting practice or 1 hour and 45 minutes after the Gates open. At that time, all fans will be asked to return their respective seats.

Conveniently located adjacent to the Bleachers section is the Bleachers Café, a food court featuring a variety of food and beverage options. Johnny Rockets, Famous Famiglia, Carvel, Otis Spunkmeyer and Highlanders are housed in the Bleachers Café.
No bottles or cans are permitted in Yankee Stadium with the exception of transparent plastic water bottles. The water bottle must be full and factory-sealed. It cannot be a container from home, and it must only be filled with water. Exceptions may be made for empty plastic sports bottles, baby bottles, health-related materials and unopened soft-sided single-serve containers (such as small milk cartons, juice boxes, etc.). Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the Yankees.
The Yankees and Budweiser have teamed up to implement the Budweiser Good Sport Program as a thank you to fans who respect the rights of others, drink responsibly and designate a driver at Yankees home games. For more information on the Budweiser Good Sport Program, please visit any Guest Services Booth. Registrants for the Budweiser Good Sport Program must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.
The Budweiser Hall of Fame Lounge is located on the H&R Block Suite Level next to the Audi Yankees Club and is available on an individual-game basis for private parties.
The Yankees bullpen is located in right-center field. The visiting team bullpen is located in left-center field.

Single-frame flash photography is permitted. Tripods, extended length zoom lenses, other professional camera equipment, movie cameras and any other video or audio recording equipment are not permitted in Yankee Stadium. Guests are not permitted to transmit or aid in transmitting any account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction or other information about any games.

In consideration of other guests, the use of cell phones is prohibited in the Legends Suite behind home plate. Cell phones are permitted everywhere else as long as they do not interfere with other guests or the game.
Children who are less than 30 inches tall and can walk freely under the turnstile or are carried into Yankee Stadium do not need a ticket for entry. However, the child must sit on an adult's lap during the game without obstructing the view of any other guests.

Should there be an immediate need to evacuate Yankee Stadium, guests will be given instructions via the public-address/captioned systems. Exit instructions will also be posted on high-definition video monitors in the public concourses. Guests are encouraged to take the following steps in the event of an emergency:
Safety is of the highest priority at Yankee Stadium, and the Yankees will continue to take every reasonable step to aid the safety of everyone entering Yankee Stadium. The Yankees are administering several important security measures in accordance with MLB security regulations and in conjunction with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies:
All guests will be subject to a security screening process before entering Yankee Stadium. This may lead to entry delays close to game time. The Yankees encourage guests to avoid lines by arriving at the Stadium as early as possible (at least 60 minutes prior to first pitch) to enjoy pregame in-stadium activities. To further expedite the process, please limit the number of items you bring with you to minimize search time. Please follow all signage and direction from security personnel. If you give tickets to someone who may not be familiar with Stadium security policies, please alert your guests to these measures.
Yankee Stadium Gates on Babe Ruth Plaza and Gates 2 and 8 open three hours prior to the start of every home game. All guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy batting practice and infield workouts from select areas of the Field Level and the Bleachers. Guests with tickets for the Legends Suite, the Delta SKY360 Suite, the H&R Block Suite Level and the Jim Beam Suite may access Yankee Stadium three hours prior to the start of every home game through the Suite Entrance adjacent to Gate 4. All other Gates and areas of the Stadium open two hours prior to the start of every home game.
The following items are prohibited and may not be brought onto the premises:

* Briefcases, large backpacks, large purses and bags, coolers and hard-sided bags and containers

* Any other devices that may interfere with and/or distract any sports participant, other patron, audio or audio/visual telecast or recording of the game or any technology-related service provided in the Stadium
The Yankees reserve the right to inspect any bags, clothing or other articles prior to entry into the Stadium and prohibit entry or require removal of any items the Yankees deem inappropriate or potentially injurious to the Stadium, other patrons or field personnel. Soft-sided attaché cases are permitted through the Suite Entrance next to Gate 4 for Premium ticket holders, but will be inspected. Premium ticket holders are not permitted to bring food or beverages into the Suite Entrance.
Prohibited items that are discovered during inspections at the Stadium entrances must either be returned to the owner's vehicle or discarded. The Stadium will not provide a storage area for these items. Guests arriving by mass transit must take particular caution not to bring any prohibited items, as no exceptions will be made. Thank you for your continued cooperation, and please be assured that your comfort and safety are our primary goals.
Factory-sealed plastic bottled water may be brought into the Stadium. See the "Bottles and Cans" entry for more information.
Guests who appear to be intoxicated and/or unmanageable will not be permitted into the Stadium.
Re-entry is not permitted. Once guests enter the Stadium, they will not be permitted to leave and re-enter the facility. See the "Exit/Re-entry" entry for more information.
Only vehicles dropping off or picking up guests with disabilities will be permitted curbside at the Stadium. No other vehicles are permitted curbside, nor will people be able to stand and wait with their vehicles.
The Yankees reserve the right to change or modify these guidelines without notice.
There are three escalators at Yankee Stadium: one adjacent to the Yankee Stadium Ticket Office located near Gate 4 and two adjacent to the Guest Services Booth located near Gate 6 inside the Great Hall. Please be advised that escalators are turned off and may be reversed during the course of the game. Elevators are available as an alternate means of getting around Yankee Stadium.
Guests are not permitted to leave Yankee Stadium and return on the same ticket. Readmittance to Yankee Stadium will be allowed only in the case of an emergency. Those needing to exit Yankee Stadium for this purpose should proceed to the Yankee Stadium Lobby near Gate 2 for consideration.

The Zales Fan Marquee displays personalized messages of 12 words or fewer. The messages are announced over the public-address system and displayed on the video board in centerfield. Only 10 messages appear per game (all in the middle of the fifth inning). Messages are available on a first-come, first-served basis and appear at the sole discretion of the Yankees. The food court located near Section 126 on the Field Level offers guests a taste of New York with a variety of concessions, including Boar's Head deli sandwiches, Famous Famiglia pizza and Asian cuisine.
Emergency medical technicians, doctors and ambulances are at Yankee Stadium during all games. Should guests require medical assistance, there are three first-aid locations: Field Level at Section 128, Main Level at Section 221 and Terrace/Grandstand Level at Section 320C.

The Great Hall, a wide and inviting 31,000-square- foot space located between the exterior wall and the interior of the Stadium, runs from Gate 4 to Gate 6 and serves as a boulevard to retail stores and food and beverage amenities. The Great Hall contains a 24-foot-by-36-foot 10mm true high-definition video board and a 5- foot-by-383-foot 10mm LED ribbon board. The Home Plate Store, the Great Hall Store, the Hard Rock Cafe and Tommy Bahama's Bar are located in the Great Hall.
Guests interfering with a ball in play, using foul language, making obscene gestures, smoking or being or appearing inebriated will be ejected from Yankee Stadium. Placing, dropping, tossing or hurling any substance or object in Yankee Stadium is a crime punishable by fine and/or imprisonment as well as a civil penalty of up to $5,000. In addition, entering the playing field, disrupting a game and/or attempting any physical contact with a sports participant is a crime punishable by fine and/or imprisonment as well as a civil penalty of up to $25,000. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please contact a security guard or guest services representative or text your concern to 69900 from your cell phone (standard message rates apply).
Yankee Stadium has four Guest Services Booths, which are open during every game to assist guests with any questions they have while at Yankee Stadium. The guest services staff is also able to provide guests with concierge services, including dinner reservations, information about shows and answers to transportation questions.

Anyone wishing to turn in a found item or inquire about a lost item may do so at the Guest Services Booth in the Great Hall near Gate 6. To inquire via phone, please call (646) 977-8000 or (718) 579-4413.
Tickets are valuable items, and the Yankees recommend that guests keep them in a secure place. Lost or stolen tickets can be replaced only under the terms and conditions set forth by the Yankees and only to the ticket licensee. If tickets are lost or left at home or an incorrect ticket is presented for admission, the ticket licensee is required to purchase replacement tickets to cover the missing ticket.
A non-refundable processing fee of $5 per ticket will be charged for replacement tickets. Tickets that are reported stolen are replaced only when an official police report is presented to the Yankee Stadium Ticket Office. Stolen tickets, with a police report, will be replaced without charge. Replacement tickets may not be exchanged. Replacement tickets, once issued, will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Lost children will be taken to the Yankee Stadium Lobby, which is adjacent to the Field Level at Gate 2. Parents looking for a lost child should locate a member of the Yankees staff and go directly to the Yankee Stadium Lobby. The Tag-A-Kid Program gives children wristbands with their seat locations written on them. Guests may get a wristband for their child at any Guest Services Booth in Yankee Stadium.

There are three retail stores, an art gallery and a collectibles store in Yankee Stadium. The Home Plate Store, located in the Great Hall behind home plate, is home to the largest selection of Yankees merchandise and memorabilia at the Stadium. The New Era Yankee Stadium flagship store is on the Main Level behind home plate and specializes in New Era caps, and the Great Hall Store is located at Gate 6 and is open year-round. The Peter Max Art Gallery and Yankees Steiner Collectibles Store are located on the Field Level.
The Mohegan Sun Sports Bar, one of two membership clubs in Yankee Stadium, is a spacious, air-conditioned space located in centerfield above historic Monument Park. Its location allows for great views of the playing field as well as Monument Park below. Two cocktail bars are located inside, and guests can watch the game through the windows facing the playing field or on various high-definition video monitors inside the bar. Monument Park, a museum in and of itself, recognizes former Yankees greats and has been relocated to its original position behind centerfield. On game days, it opens with the gates and remains accessible until 45 minutes prior to the game start time, subject to capacity limitations. It is closed between doubleheaders and during inclement weather. Signage throughout Yankee Stadium will direct guests to Monument Park. Yankee Stadium staff is also available to assist guests.
The New York Yankees Museum, a museum within a museum, tells baseball's and the franchise's story through various displays of artifacts and memorabilia. Guests can access the museum on game days from the time the gates open until the end of the eighth inning. On non-game days, visitors can enjoy the museum as part of Yankee Stadium tours.

This Ticket is not subject to any refund and shall bear no cash value. In the event a legal game as defined by Major League Baseball (i.e., 4 1/2 innings if the Club is ahead and 5 full innings if the Club is behind or the Game is tied) is not played due to weather, an act of God or any other reason, this Ticket will constitute a rain check that can either be: (i) used for admission to the rescheduled game, if any, subject to certain double header limitations (see below); or (ii) exchanged for a same priced ticket to any regular season home game of the Club within 12 months of the originally scheduled Game, subject to availability.

There are two ramps located inside Yankee Stadium. One ramp is located adjacent to Gate 2 on the left-field side of Yankee Stadium. The other is located adjacent to Gate 6 on the right-field side of Yankee Stadium.
New York law prohibits the resale of tickets within one thousand five hundred feet from the physical structure of Yankee Stadium under penalty of law.
Restrooms and wheelchair accessible restrooms are located on all levels of Yankee Stadium. Family restrooms are in the following locations:

During all batting practices, fielding practices, warm-ups and the course of the game experience, hard hit baseballs and bats and fragments thereof may be thrown or hit into the stands, concourses and concessions areas. For everyone's safety, please stay alert and be aware of your surroundings. Any guest who is concerned with his or her seat location should contact any guest services representative for an alternate seat location.
Seating numbering is similar to the original Yankee Stadium, with sections denominated in numerical order clockwise from the right-field bleachers to the left-field bleachers. Yankee Stadium consists of the Field Level, Main Level, H&R Block Suite Level, Terrace Level and Grandstand Level with Bleachers seating in the outfield. For more information, please click here.
The Yankees want to ensure that guests have a safe and enjoyable experience at Yankee Stadium. Representatives of the security team and uniformed police officers will be positioned throughout Yankee Stadium. Guests requiring assistance should contact the nearest security guard, uniformed police officer, Yankees staff member or a representative at one of our Guest Services Booths or text 69900 and a Yankees staff member will respond with the appropriate assistance (standard message rates apply).
Smoking is prohibited in Yankee Stadium. In consideration for the comfort of all guests, the Yankees ask for your cooperation. There are no designated smoking areas inside Yankee Stadium, and re-entry is prohibited. The smoking policy is strictly enforced, and violators will be ejected from Yankee Stadium immediately.
Experience Yankee Stadium in an ultimate behind-the-scenes tour. This one-hour tour includes visits to the New York Yankees Museum ‹ the museum within the museum known as Yankee Stadium ‹ Monument Park and the dugout. Tours are available during the baseball season. There are no tours prior to day games or on weekends when the Yankees play at home. Tours are limited when the team is in town. Strollers are permitted in Yankee Stadium. Fold-up strollers should be stored under your seat and non-folding strollers should be stored at the Guest Services Booth adjacent to Gate 6 in the Great Hall.

Future Game Exchange Program: The Yankees will permit Ticket Licensees to exchange Tickets for future Games that the Ticket Licensee cannot attend for Tickets for any Game scheduled to be played on Monday through Friday, excluding all Premium Games, subject to availability.
For the 2009 Regular Season, "Premium Games" is defined as the Opening Day game, the Old-Timers' Day game, and all games played against the Cleveland Indians, Los Angeles Angels, Boston Red Sox, Philadelphia Phillies and New York Mets.
The Yankees will not exchange Tickets for Games that have already been played (except as outlined below). Tickets that a Ticket Licensee wishes to exchange must be exchanged no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Game date of the Tickets that are being exchanged (e.g., a Ticket Licensee that is trying to exchange a Ticket for the game scheduled for July 25, 2009 must present that Ticket for exchange on or before July 11, 2009).
Commencing in early March, Tickets may be exchanged at the Yankee Stadium Ticket Office, located adjacent to Gate 4, Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Sunday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Eastern Time. On Game days, Ticket holders can exchange Tickets at Ticket Windows inside the Stadium across from the Home Plate Team Store in the Great Hall until two hours after the scheduled start time for the Game. Complimentary Tickets (COMP) or equivalent tickets bear no cash value and are not exchangeable/redeemable for any benefits that may be offered to holders of tickets with a dollar value. All Ticket exchanges are subject to availability. Please note that exchanging a Ticket does not include an exchange of any club memberships or parking passes for the newly selected Game date. Exchanges or such club memberships and/or parking passes shall not be permitted. Mail order Ticket exchanges will not be accepted.
Tommy Bahama's Bar is located in the Great Hall, near Gate 4, just up the escalator. Featuring a full cocktail bar, it will be open for service from the time the gates open until the conclusion of the seventh inning.

Umbrellas are permitted in Yankee Stadium provided they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game or event.
Until two hours after the scheduled start time, guests looking to upgrade or change their seat location may inquire at Yankee Stadium Ticket Windows located inside Yankee Stadium in the Great Hall. In the event that an upgrade is available and the new ticket(s) value is greater than the original ticket(s) being presented for upgrade, the difference in price can be paid by cash or credit card. In the event that a change in seat location results in the new ticket(s) having a value that is less than the original ticket(s) being presented for upgrade, the difference in price will be issued back to the ticket holder in the form of Bomber Bucks. No cash or other forms of refund will be provided back to the ticket holder.

Guests visiting Yankee Stadium can expect a state-of-the-art audio/ visual game experience, highlighted by: a 59-foot-by-101-foot 16mm true high-definition video board in centerfield, a 3-foot-by-1,279- foot 20mm full-color LED ribbon board spanning the length of the Terrace Level, a distributed sound system optimizing speaker placement for enhanced sound, closed-captioning video boards in left and right field and assistive listening devices. In addition, there is a 24-foot- by-36-foot 10mm true high-definition video board and a 5-foot-by-383- foot 10mm LED ribbon board in the Great Hall as well as approximately 1,100 flat-panel high-definition video monitors located throughout the Stadium.
The left-center field video board is used to display general video board messages. Messages are limited to four basic greetings: "Happy Birthday," "Yankees Welcome," "Happy Anniversary" and "Congratulations." Messages may only include first and last names; nicknames or further personalization are not permitted. Each message costs $10, which is donated to the not-for-profit New York Yankees Foundation. Messages must be received one week prior to the desired date of display, are subject to availability and appear at the sole discretion of the Yankees. Visiting team guests at Yankee Stadium should be treated as Yankees guests. If there is a situation in which a visiting team guest is treated unfairly, alert nearby Yankee Stadium staff, visit a Guest Services Booth or send a text to 69900 (standard message rates apply) to report the problem and Yankee Stadium security will be alerted.

Ticket holders desiring to drop off tickets may do so at the Ticket Office Advance Ticket/Customer Service Windows located across from the Home Plate Store in the Great Hall. Ticket holders may only drop off tickets for the game scheduled to be played on the day the ticket holder drops off the tickets. At the Ticket Office Advance Ticket/ Customer Service Windows, ticket holders desiring to drop off tickets will be asked to complete a ticket envelope. Ticket holders will be required to provide all pertinent information, including: the first and last name of the person who is to receive the ticket(s), the game date and the number of tickets. Guests picking up tickets should proceed to the Yankee Stadium Ticket Office Will-Call Windows, located adjacent to Gate 4. Guests picking up tickets are required to present a valid identification card that contains a photograph (e.g., valid driver's license or non-driver photo ID card). Before tickets are released, guests are required to sign the ticket envelope confirming that the tickets were received.
