ELIGIBILITY: Your Chance to Win Yankees Tickets and a Nintendo Wii Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States, who are twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of entry (except in the case of legal residents of certain states or Washington DC where the age of majority is greater than twenty-one (21) years of age, such age of majority). Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of J & R Music World & Computer World (the "Sponsor"), the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM" or "MLB.com"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions and Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers and employees of the above entities. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 (Noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on March 3, 2008 and ends at 12:00 (Noon) ET on April 4, 2008 ("Entry Period"). There are two ways to enter: online, or by mail. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address/household, regardless of method of entry.

1. Online Method: During the Entry Period go to www.yankees.com and click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. By successfully transmitting your completed online entry form as directed, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to MLB.com's Privacy Policy accessible at: http://mlb.mlb.com/nyy/help/nyy_help_about_privacy.jsp. Entrants must complete all non-optional data requested on the online entry form. Incomplete entries are void. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from MLB.com, Yankees.com and/or J & R Electronics, Inc.; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails.
2. Mail-in Method: If you do not wish to enter online, you may enter the Sweepstakes by hand-printing your name, address, city, state and zip code, day & evening telephone number (including area code), date of birth and e-mail address (optional) on a standard size postcard and mail to: J & R Music World & Computer World, 23 Park Row, New York, NY 10038 Attn: Your Chance to Win Yankees Tickets and a Nintendo Wii. Sponsor will use e-mail addresses provided via the Mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's provision of this information. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 4, 2008 and received by Sponsor by April 10, 2008. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winner of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will be selected by random drawing on or about April 11, 2008 from among all eligible entries received by the Sponsor or MLBAM, as applicable. The decisions of Sponsor, including the selection of Winners, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. Limit one (1) Prize per person, family or household.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Will Be Awarded. Winner will receive one (1) Nintendo Wii and two (2) 2008 regular season tickets to one (1) Yankees home game to be played Yankee Stadium in Bronx, NY on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 7:05 PM. (collectively, the "Prize"). (Estimated Retail Value of Prize: $ 350.00). TRANSPORTATION NOT INCLUDED.

The Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner's companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Major League Baseball game and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the New York Yankees, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Winner agrees to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game or exhibition. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation of Major League Baseball games or exhibitions.

The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. There will be no substitutions for the Prize except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion.

NOTIFICATION: The potential Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone by the Sponsor and/or MLBAM and may (in Sponsor's discretion) be confirmed by postal mail, return receipt (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that the potential Winner does not respond to such Prize Notification within three (3) days of date of notification, a disqualification will result and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. The potential Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within five (5) days of date of receipt. A disqualification will result and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries if all required documents are not properly executed and returned within the specified period of time. Refusal or return of such documents as non-deliverable or a potential Winner's noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, may cause an alternate potential Winner to be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, all entrants agree to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. By acceptance of Prize, each Winner grants to Sponsor, MLBAM and their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner's name, city and state/province of residence and/or likeness in any medium now or hereafter devised worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, postage-due or garbled entries, email or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor's representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, MLBAM or their respective agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the County of New York, state of New York.

Sponsor and MLBAM reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify winners and award the prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND MLBAM WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In case of multiple entries received from any person or email address or household, only the first entry received from such person or email address or household will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

WINNER'S LIST: For a list of Winners (available after July 31, 2008) mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: J & R Music World & Computer World, 23 Park Row, New York, NY 10038 Attn: Winner's List. Winner's list requests must be received by September 30, 2008.
