When purchasing a Flex Plan, all games must be purchased within the same price level, subject to availability. If any game(s) are unavailable, within the same price level, you may select another location within one (1) price level greater. If your purchase does not meet the following criteria, you will be contacted by the New York Yankees. All Flex Plans are subject to approval and or cancellation from the New York Yankees. The New York Yankees reserve the right, at anytime, to modify amend or supplement these terms and conditions.
