The Access Service Center, a customer service booth dedicated to guests with disabilities, is located on the Field Level at Sec. 2.
ALCOHOL-FREE FAMILY SECTIONS
Alcohol-free family sections are available in the following locations: Tier Reserved, Sec. 13 and 14, and the entirety of the Bleachers.
ALCOHOL POLICY
If you choose to drink, please drink responsibly. Proper identification with proof of age (21 years or older) is required to purchase or consume any alcoholic beverage. PURCHASE LIMIT: (a) two alcoholic beverages per person at concession stands; and (b) one alcoholic beverage per person in the seating area. LAST CALL: (a) vending and sale of alcoholic beverages in the seating area will end: (i) two hours after the start of the game; or (ii) at the middle of the 7th inning, whichever occurs first; and (b) sale of alcoholic beverages at all other locations in the Stadium will end at the conclusion of the 7th inning. The Yankees reserve the right to further limit the sale and purchase of alcoholic beverages at any time without notice. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into or taken out of the Stadium. Any guest who appears intoxicated will not be permitted to enter the Stadium. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the parking lots. Drunk and disorderly behavior or violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from the Stadium without refund.
ANIMALS
Certified service dogs or service dogs in training for
guests with disabilities are welcome at Yankee Stadium. Please contact the ADA Manager if any special accommodations are required. All other animals are prohibited.
AUTOGRAPH POLICY
Fans may seek autographs from the time the gates open until the end of batting practice. However, if you are seeking autographs from a seating location other than your own, you may be asked to proceed to your designated seating location.
AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES
There are four Bank of America ATM machines in Yankee Stadium. They are located on the Field Level at Sec. 11 and 20, on the Tier Level at Sec. 12, and in the Bleachers at Sec. 43.
AUTOMOBILE TROUBLE
As a service to our guests, the AAA Auto Club of New York will provide free emergency road service after home games to any guest experiencing car trouble. Guests requiring this service should go to the Stadium Lobby on the Field Level at Sec. 2 or the NYPD Operations Van adjacent to the Press Gate.
BABY-CHANGING AREAS
For your convenience, baby-changing tables are available in the following public bathrooms at Yankee Stadium:

Banners and signs are permitted provided they are baseball-related, in good taste and not of a commercial nature. Banners and signs may not exceed 3 feet in height, obstruct the view of other guests and ballpark advertising signage, or be temporarily or permanently affixed to the building structure. Banners may be carried through the stands between innings only. The Yankees reserve the right to remove any banner or sign. Banners and signs may not be displayed in fair territory.
THE "BAT"
The Bat is a 120-foot high boiler stack located outside Yankee Stadium, adjacent to Gate 4. It is a popular pregame meeting place. See Yankee Stadium Map on page 46.

Guests are welcome to watch batting practice. Gates open two hours prior to each game.

CAMERAS & VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Single-frame flash photography is allowed.
All forms of video and motion-picture cameras are strictly prohibited. Guests are also forbidden to use lighting or camera support pods at the Stadium. Please note: Fans are not permitted to reproduce or rebroadcast any film of Yankees games for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the Yankees and Major League Baseball.
CELLULAR PHONES
The use of cell phones is prohibited in the Legends Suite behind home plate. Cell phones are permitted everywhere else as long as they don't interfere with other guests or the game.
CENTERFIELD SCOREBOARD
Centerfield Scoreboard messages have four basic greetings: "Happy Birthday," "Yankees Welcome," "Happy Anniversary," and "Congratulations." Messages may only include first and last names. Nicknames are not permitted. Each message costs $10, which is donated to the not-for-profit New York Yankees Foundation. To inquire, please call (718) 579-4464 or e-mail: scoreboard@yankees.com. CHILDREN
Children who are less than 30 inches tall, can walk freely under the turnstile, or are carried into the Stadium do not require a ticket to enter. However, the child must sit on an adult's lap during the game without obstructing the view of any other guests.
COMPLIMENTARY TICKET PROGRAM
The Yankees distribute approximately 20,000 complimentary tickets each season through various nonprofit organizations whose primary focus is on youth recreation and education.
DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM
Registrants for the Budweiser Designated Driver Program must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license. In return for promising responsibility for the safe and sober transportation of their group from the Stadium, registrants will receive soft drink coupons that are redeemable at the Designated Driver Booth ONLY. The booth, which is located on the Field Level at Sec. 4, opens with the gates and closes at the end of the game.
DONATION REQUESTS
The Yankees are committed to assisting nonprofit organizations in their fundraising efforts. If you would like the Yankees to consider donating to your next fundraiser, submit your request in writing on organizational letterhead and include the date, time and a description of your event. Please also provide proper contact information, including the name, phone number and address of the person organizing the event. ELEVATORS
The Yankees provide permanently stationed elevator operators in each Stadium elevator used by the general public.
- Elevator No. 1: Located at Sec. 15. Guests with disabilities may use this elevator to access the Field, Main, Loge and Tier Levels.
- Elevators No. 2 and 3: Located in the Stadium Lobby, adjacent to the Press Gate. These elevators service guests visiting the Yankee Club, Great Moments Room, Luxury Suites and Yankees Executive Offices.
- Elevator No. 4: Located at Sec. 14. Elevator No. 4 is a service elevator only.
- Elevator No. 5: Located at Sec. 24. Primarily used as a service elevator, Elevator No. 5 also services guests with disabilities to access Monument Park.
ENTRANCES/GATES
There are seven primary gate entrances:
- Gate 2 - Left Field
- Gate 4 - Behind Home Plate
- Gate 6 - Right Field
- Bleachers - Right Field
- Stadium Lobby - By the Press Gate, to the left of Gate 4
- Press Gate - Between Gate 4 and Stadium Lobby
- SONY Stadium Club - Between Gate 2 and Stadium Lobby. Guests must have SONY Stadium Club passes in addition to tickets in order to access the Stadium through this entrance.
ESCALATORS
Escalators are located at Gates 2, 4, and 6. All of these escalators stop at the Main, Loge and Tier Levels. The escalator at Gate 4 is the only escalator that services the Club Level. Please note, escalators may be turned off at the beginning of the seventh inning.
EXIT/RE-ENTRY
Guests are not permitted to leave the Stadium and return on the same ticket. Re-admittance to the Stadium will be allowed only in the case of an emergency. Those needing to exit the Stadium for this purpose must proceed to the Stadium Lobby for consideration. Guests will only be permitted to return into the Stadium through this entrance with their signed ticket.

FAN CONDUCT
Guests interfering with a ball in play, using foul language, making obscene gestures, smoking, or appearing inebriated will be ejected from the Stadium. Additionally, any fan entering the field of play or throwing objects in the stands or onto the field will face arrest and prosecution. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please contact a security guard or guest services representative.

LOST CHILDREN/CANON TAG-A-KID PROGRAM
Lost children will be taken to the Stadium Lobby, adjacent to the Press Gate on the Field Level at Sec. 2. Parents looking for a lost child should go directly to the Stadium Lobby. The Canon Tag-A-Kid Program gives children wristbands with their seating locations written on it. Patrons may get a wristband for their child at any Guest Services Booth in the Stadium.
LUCKY SEATS: BUD FAN OF THE GAME, THE SPORTS AUTHORITY LUCKY SEAT, & UTZ WINNING ROW
Bud Fan of the Game, The Sports Authority Lucky Seat, and UTZ Winning Row winners are displayed on Diamondvision. The prizes for the Lucky Seat winners are delivered to the individual's seating location. The prize for the Bud Fan of the Game is issued in the Yankee Lobby on the Field Level adjacent to the Press Gate.
LUXURY SUITES
The
Luxury Suites are located on the Club Level with the Yankee Club Restaurant and Great Moments Room. The 19 Suites can be accessed via Elevators No. 2 and No. 3 located in the Stadium Lobby or via the double doors located on the Club Level near the Gate 4 escalators. Luxury Suites open two hours prior to game time or when gates open. All patrons visiting the suites or restaurants must have appropriate tickets/passes.

MONUMENT PARK
Since 1932, the Yankees have honored their greatest heroes with the construction of monuments and plaques at Yankee Stadium. The Yankees have also created a special walkway to serve as a tribute to those Bombers who have had their uniform numbers retired. Accessible via the Field Level staircase at Sec. 36, Monument Park opens when the gates open and closes 45 minutes prior to the start of the game, subject to capacity restrictions. It is closed between games of a doubleheader and is subject to closure during inclement weather. Please note that those possessing Bleachers tickets cannot access Monument Park.

PREMIUM GAMES
The term "Premium Game(s)" is defined as the Opening Day game, the Old-Timers' Day game and all games played against the following teams: (i) Boston Red Sox, (ii) Detroit Tigers, (iii) Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, and (iv) New York Mets.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
No backpacks, briefcases, large purses, bags, coolers, glass or plastic bottles, cans, laser pens, video cameras, laptops, firearms or knives are permitted in the ballpark, and there is no claim check area to store any such items. Beach balls, blow horns and all other distracting noisemakers are also not permitted.
Diaper bags, small children's backpacks, small women's purses, and backpack purses will be permitted but are subject to inspection.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the Stadium.
Signs are posted at each gate and in the parking lots to inform guests of this policy. Please see our
Ballpark Entry Guidelines for more information.
PUBLIC TELEPHONES
Public telephones are located on concourses throughout the Stadium. A pay TTY telephone is located on the Main Level at Sec. 10.

RAIN OUT/RESCHEDULE POLICY
Tickets are not subject to any refund and shall bear no cash value. In the event a legal game as defined by Major League Baseball (i.e., 4 1/2 innings if the Yankees are ahead and five full innings if the Yankees are behind or the game is tied) is not played due to weather, an act of God, or any other reason, the ticket will constitute a rain check that can be either: (a) used for admission to the rescheduled game, if any, subject to certain double header limitations (see below), or (b) exchanged for a same priced ticket for any Yankees' home game within 12 months of the originally scheduled game, subject to availability.
In the event the rescheduled game is part of a single admission double header, tickets for the game originally scheduled to be played on the double header game date will have priority over the rain check and the rain check can be either: (a) exchanged for the same priced ticket for the single admission double header, subject to availability, or (b) exchanged for the same priced ticket for any Yankees' home game within 12 months of the originally scheduled game, subject to availability.
Group Tickets: subject to the foregoing, the Group Leader may exchange all Group Ticket rain checks for same priced Group Tickets for any Yankees home game within 12 months of the originally scheduled game, subject to availability.

Stadium has been postponed due to rain and rescheduled for tomorrow, September 13 at 7:05 p.m., as the
second game of a day-night doubleheader. Tickets for Friday's game will ONLY be honored for the 7:05 p.m.
game on Saturday and will NOT be honored for Saturday's 1:05 p.m. contest.
Fans are strongly encouraged to use their tickets for tomorrow night's rescheduled game at 7:05 p.m.
as there is no ability to exchange tickets for another game in 2008.
Those fans unable to use their tickets for the rescheduled contest tomorrow at 7:05 p.m., may instead
exchange them for tickets to any home game at the new Yankee Stadium in the 2009 season, subject to

SAFETY WARNING
During all batting practices, fielding practices, warm-ups and the course of the game experience, hard hit baseballs and bats and fragments thereof may be thrown or hit into the stands. For everyone's safety, please stay alert and be aware of your surroundings. Any guest who is concerned with his or her seat location should contact any customer service representative for an alternate seat location.

SCORECARDS
Official scorecards are available in
Yankees Magazine, which can be purchased at various vendor locations throughout the Stadium.
SECURITY
The Yankees want to ensure that guests have a safe and enjoyable experience at Yankee Stadium. Representatives of Burns Security Team as well as uniformed police officers will be positioned throughout the Stadium. Should you require assistance, please contact the nearest security guard, uniformed police officer or a representative at one of our Guest Services Booths.
SIDEWALK CAFÉ
Located on the Plaza between Gates 4 and 6, the Sidewalk Café is the perfect place to enjoy a bite to eat before the game. Guests may order ballpark food or bring their own. Smoking is prohibited in the café.
SMOKING POLICY
State law prohibits smoking throughout the Stadium. Violators will be ejected from the ballpark immediately.

Patrons may enter from Ruppert Place outside the Stadium or via the Field Level concourse inside the Stadium. The Sony Stadium Club opens two hours prior to the start of the game and closes at the end of the seventh inning. Membership is required and the dress code is strictly enforced. Please note that the following attire is not permitted in the Sony Stadium Club: muscle T-shirts, sleeveless undershirts, tank tops, flip-flops, and shorts above mid-thigh.
STADIUM LOBBY
The Stadium Lobby is located adjacent to the Press Gate, near Gate 4. The Lobby is used to access the Yankees Executive Office and for entry to the Stadium during business days. Additionally, it is used on game days for the following: accessing the Club Level, picking up VIP tickets, claiming/dropping off items at the lost and found, and meeting children at the lost-child waiting area.

STROLLERS
Strollers are permitted in the ballpark. Fold-up strollers should be stored under your seat and non-folding strollers should be stored at the Access Service Center on the Field Level at Sec. 2 or at the Guest Services Center on the Loge Level at Sec. 2.
UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are allowed in Yankee Stadium.
UPGRADES
Until the end of the seventh inning on game days ONLY, fans looking to upgrade or change their seat location may inquire at Yankee Stadium Advance Ticket Windows located inside the Stadium on the Field Level at Sec. 9 and 20 and in the Bleachers at Sec. 43. All upgrades are subject to availability.
In the event that an upgrade is available and the new ticket(s) value is GREATER than the original ticket(s) being presented for upgrade, the difference in price must be paid by CASH ONLY. No other form of payment can be accepted for a ticket upgrade.
In the event that a change in seat location results in the new ticket(s) having a value that is LESS than the original ticket(s) being presented for upgrade, the difference in price will be issued back to the ticket holder in the form of Bomber Bucks (Gift Certificates). No CASH or other forms of refund will be provided back to the ticket holder.

WILL-CALL
Will-Call windows are located on the first base side of the Stadium, adjacent to Gate 4 and across from Parking Lot 8. Will-Call opens two hours prior to all games.
Save time and avoid Will-Call lines! The Yankees now have kiosks that can be used to pick up tickets that are left at Will-Call. WILL-CALL DROP OFF
This Service will be available to all individuals possessing valid Tickets. Please take a moment to review the following procedures:
- Guests wishing to drop off tickets may do so at Ticket Office Customer Service Windows No. 80 and 81, located inside Yankee Stadium on the Field Level at Sec. 9. Tickets may only be dropped off on the day of the game. The Yankees will NOT accept tickets for games to be played on a future date. Please note: Group tickets cannot be distributed via Will-Call.
- Guests dropping off tickets will be asked to complete a ticket envelope by providing the following information: (i) the first and last name of the person who is to receive the ticket(s); (ii) the game date; and (iii) the number of tickets.
- Prior to submitting the ticket envelope, guests will be required to seal it and place their signatures across the sealed flap. Ticket office personnel will then deliver the envelope to Ticket Office Customer Service Window No. 73, located outside Yankee Stadium at the Reservation/Will-Call Window between Gates 4 and 6, where other parties may pick up the tickets.
- Guests picking up tickets are required to present a valid form of photo identification, such as a driver's license. Before tickets are released, guests are required to sign the ticket envelope confirming that the tickets were received.

YANKEE CLUB
Located on the Club Level, the Yankee Club is home to the finest dining in the Stadium. Entrance is restricted to those with tickets to the Yankee Club. Please note that the following attire is not permitted in the Yankee Club: any form of denim pants, shorts, tank tops, sweatshirts, T-shirts, sneakers, flip-flops and any form of abbreviated attire. However, sneakers and denim pants are permitted on days a day game is played.
