Full Season Plan Relocation Process information
We are currently in the Full Season Licensee Assignment process for the New Yankee Stadium Relocation Program. The Following information is intended for Full Season Plan Licensees. If you are a 41 Game or Partial Plan Licensee, please disregard the following information.


Since breaking ground on our magnificent new home in August of 2006, we have been working hard to create, adopt and initiate our comprehensive Relocation Program. We are happy to announce that, in furtherance of our Relocation Program, we have begun assigning seats and mailing out Full Season Plan seat assignment packages for the 2009 Season at Yankee Stadium.

This package contains specific information regarding your Full Season Plan and seat assignment, including a full-scale seat map of Yankee Stadium which highlights the section, row and seat number(s) that have been assigned to you. The map will provide you with a general idea of the proximity of your assigned seats to the playing field. Please note that maps are not necessarily drawn to scale. A virtual view of your assigned seat location(s) is also available at www.yankees.com, by simply selecting the "New Stadium" information tab under the "Yankee Stadium" banner.

Also in this package you will find an invoice for the 2009 Season, along with "payment option" information. Please review the invoice carefully and take note of the deadline(s) for the payment option you select. Full Season Plan seat locations have been assigned. Full Season Plan Licensee accept or decline period has ended. Should you have any question please call us at 718-293-6000 or 800-913-9793 or email us at relocation@yankees.com.

Full Season Plan Payment Options and Dates


As part of the Full Season Plan Acceptance process, you must choose one of the following payment options. Selection of the "Two Payments" option or the "One Payment" option maybe made online or via mail (by simply making your payment); the "Four Payments - Auto Charge" option is only available online. To select a payment option online, simply access your "My Yankees Account" via www.yankees.com and select the "View/Pay Invoice" banner and select one of the following options:

Two Payments:
First Payment: 10% due upon acceptance of your seat assignment (but no later than the acceptance date reflected on the enclosed invoice)
Second Payment: Remaining balance due on or prior to January 10, 2009

You will receive an invoice for the Second Payment reflecting the balance due and the January 10, 2009 due date.

Four Payments - Auto Charge:
In order to participate in the Auto Charge option, you must register a valid credit card online at "My Yankees Account" at www.yankees.com. Your registered credit card will automatically be charged on the dates and in the amounts designated below without further notice. Following each Auto Charge payment, you will receive a receipt in the mail, within 10 business days, reflecting the charge.

First Payment: 10% due upon acceptance of your seat assignment (but no later than the acceptance date reflected on the enclosed invoice)
Second Payment: 20% due on December 10, 2008
Third Payment: 35% due on January 10, 2009
Fourth Payment: Remaining balance due on February 10, 2009

One Payment:
Payment in full on or prior to the date reflected on the enclosed invoice.
