Season Ticket License Letter

General Seating Area Ticket Letter

Dear Season Ticket Licensee:

On behalf of the Steinbrenner family and the Yankees players, manager, coaches and front-office staff, we thank you for your support this season.

Please find enclosed your 2015 regular season invoice and your 2014 postseason invoice.

We are pleased to announce that your renewal price for your general seating Ticket License will remain the same in 2015.

2015 REGULAR SEASON INFORMATION

As a Season Ticket Licensee, you have the option of paying your invoice in full by the due date reflected on your invoice or signing up for one of the interest free auto-charge options. For additional information, please see the enclosed attachment.

Be sure to read the enclosed literature carefully, as there is important information regarding payment options and dates and Legacy Club benefits.

2014 POSTSEASON INFORMATION

The enclosed postseason invoice, which details the Ticket License for your postseason seats, reflects the total amount due for Tickets to the maximum number of potential postseason games at Yankee Stadium that you are eligible to purchase according to your 2014 Ticket License Plan.

A schedule with complete postseason home game information, as well as a schedule detailing the games for which you are eligible to purchase according to your 2014 Ticket License Plan, will be available online at www.yankees.com/postseason. Please note that full payment or selection of the auto-charge payment option is due no later than the due date printed on the top of the postseason invoice.

If full payment for your postseason tickets is received or if you are compliant with the postseason auto-charge payment option by Sept. 8, 2014, your postseason Tickets will be delivered - via overnight carrier, with an adult signature required - to you prior to the first postseason game scheduled to be played at the Stadium. Please contact your Yankees representative if you foresee any delivery problems.

For the most up-to-date, complete postseason information, including policies that are important to you as a Licensee as well as a game schedule, please visit www.yankees.com/postseason.

Thank you for your continued loyalty and support. Please do not hesitate to contact the Season Ticket Sales & Service Department at (212) YANKEES or at seasontickets@yankees.com should you have any questions.

Sincerely,

The New York Yankees
