Dear Season Ticket Licensee:

The boys are back in town on Monday, April 10 for the home opener! During their first homestand, the Yankees are scheduled to play three games vs. the Rays, three vs. the Cardinals and three vs. the White Sox. The Cardinals, who haven't made a trip to the Bronx since 2003, will become the 28th opponent to play the Yankees at the current Yankee Stadium. The only other team not to play in the Yankees' current home park – the San Diego Padres.

As your Yankees representative, I would like to provide you with some relevant information about the first homestand.

HOME OPENER - Monday, April 10:

We strongly urge all Guests to budget additional time for entry into Yankee Stadium.
  • Gates open at 11 a.m
  • Festivities will begin at approximately 12:30 p.m.

Season Ticket Licensee of the Month

Every season, the Yankees recognize Season Ticket Licensees for their loyalty and support. The Yankees would like to congratulate the April Season Ticket Licensee of the Month, Jungbin Song.

Hometown: Ramsey, New Jersey.
Season Ticket Seat Location: Section 428.
Season Ticket Plan: Full Season Plan.
Years as a Season Ticket Licensee: 11 Years.
Favorite Current Players: Didi Gregorius and Greg Bird.
Favorite All-Time Players: Paul O'Neill and Derek Jeter.
Favorite Yankee Stadium Concession: Dippin' Dots on a hot day.
Favorite Yankees Memory: Aaron Boone's pennant-winning home run off Tim Wakefield in the 2003 American League Championship Series.
Hidden Yankee Stadium Gem: There's nothing really hidden – everything is open and accessible at Yankee Stadium. But Monument Park can't be beat. I also like seeing my name on the Legacy Club wall.
Best Part of Being a Season Ticket Licensee: After I paid $630 for left-field bleacher seats to Game 1 of the 2000 World Series – which Jose Vizcaino won for the Yankees with a 12th-inning RBI single – I became a Season Ticket Licensee, and now I have access to every game for lower prices.
