Q. How do I qualify for a group discount?
A: Group discounts are available for groups 25 or more people. Market pricing applies to all tickets. Rates can fluctuate based on factors affecting supply and demand.
Q. How much is the deposit to reserve group tickets?
A: The group deposit is 10% of the estimated number of tickets (or a minimum of $100). Group tickets for premium and fireworks games purchased within two weeks of the game date must be paid in full at the dynamic rate.
Q: When do I have to inform the A's of my final group ticket number?
A: Your group's final number and payment is due two weeks before your scheduled game. For premium and fireworks games, final number and payment is due three weeks before your scheduled game. Group tickets not paid for by the two/three week deadline may be released.
Q: Can I add tickets after my group ticket count is finalized?
A: Yes, groups are allowed to make one (1) add-on. Ticket add-ons must be 5 or more tickets. Based on seating availability, the A's cannot guarantee that the addition of tickets will be next to the original group.
Q: Can I leave tickets for my group at Will Call?
A: It is the responsibility of the Group Leader to distribute the tickets to their group. We highly recommend that you distribute your tickets to your guests as soon as you receive them.
Q: Can I return group tickets if I purchased too many?
A: Once group tickets are paid in full there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Q: Can I resell my group tickets on Stub Hub or other secondary market websites?
A: Groups tickets are not to be sold on the secondary market. At the discretion of the A's, groups that sell their tickets on the secondary market may not be allowed to purchase future group tickets. Group tickets are sold and issued in the Oakland Athletics' sole discretion.
Q: Do group sales buyers qualify for discounted parking?
A: Yes, we are able to offer Group Leaders parking passes for $16 (reg. $20). Group parking passes can be added at the time your group makes final payment. Parking passes cannot be added after your group is finalized. Bus parking is $30 and can be purchased on the day of your group's game at the Baldwin Gate entrance.
Q: If my group tickets are lost or stolen, can the A's reprint tickets?
A: Group tickets can be reprinted if the exact seating locations are known. It is the Group Leader's responsibility to record the seating locations of their group's tickets. If the exact seating location is not known, group tickets cannot be reprinted.
