Membership packages may be picked up at Busch Stadium at the Cardinals Crew Kiosk during home games, it is located in the U.S. Cellular Family Pavilion (Ford Plaza). You will need a game ticket to enter Busch Stadium in order to pick up your membership package.
Members must present their membership card in order to pick up their package and bonus items. To request your package be mailed, simply mail your membership card (your membership card will be returned), along with $5.00 for shipping and handling to:

Packages are available to members until September 29, 2013.
Replacement Membership Card If you have misplaced your card, a $10.00 replacement fee will apply. Card punches can not be replaced.
"End of Season" Club Rewards In order to receive your "end of season" club rewards, mail your completed 2013 membership card (with four or five punches) to:

All membership cards need to be postmarked by January 31, 2014. We will no longer honor 2013 membership cards after this date.
Your membership card must be presented for admission to the Members-Only Party. You will receive an invitation in the mail with all of the information.
Special half-price tickets are offered to Kids Club members on this day. Visit cardinals.com/party during the season to take advantage of this offer.
