    Parking is available free of charge for tours in Lots 6 and 7. Tours are fully wheelchair accessible. Please inform if additional assistance is required.

    • How long is the tour?
      • Tropicana Field Ballpark Tours last approximately 90 minutes.
    • When are the tours?
      • Tour dates and times vary. Please see the current tour schedule listed above.
    • How early should I arrive?
      • Fan should arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour start time to allow ample time to purchase tickets.
    • Do I need to make a reservation for the tour?
      • Reservations are not required, but suggested. Tours are popular and may fill. 
    • How do I purchase tickets?
      • Tickets can be purchased when you arrive at Gate 1 prior to your tour.
    • Can I pre-purchase tickets?
    • Can I schedule a different tour time?
      • Unfortunately, tours are only offered on the scheduled dates.
    • Where do I park and enter? Do I have to pay to park?
      • Parking is free and available in Lots 6 and 7. Once parked, fans will enter the Executive Offices entrance just to the left of the Gate 1 Rotunda. For a map of our parking lots, click here.
    • Is there a lot of walking?
      • This is a walking tour of Tropicana Field. It traverses all levels of the ballpark. The tour is fully accessible for fans in manual or electric wheelchairs. Call ahead if additional assistance is needed.
    • Can I take photos or record video during the tour?
      • Still and video cameras are welcome and encouraged.
    • Am I guaranteed to see all of the locations listed on your website?
      • Tour stops are subject to availability. Due to the nature of stadium operation, the tour route may be adjusted. Pricing remains the same regardless of the tour highlights.
