The deposit placed on the account is non-refundable and non-transferable and may not be combined with another deposit. A deposit represents a commitment to purchase a new full or partial season ticket plan in the associated location for regular season games to be played at Tropicana Field for the 2013 season. A partial season ticket plan must consist of at least 22 games as designated by the Rays in their sole discretion. The deposit may not be applied toward the renewal of any previously purchased Rays season tickets. Since 2013 season ticket prices have not been established, the Rays cannot provide with certainty the percentage the deposit will represent; however, the deposit will be no more than 50% of the final 2013 season ticket price. You will be invoiced for the balance of your 2013 season tickets in October or November 2012 and an additional payment will be required by the deadline on the invoice to confirm your seat reservation for 2013. Failure to make the appropriate payment as indicated on the invoice or purchase the required 2013 full or partial season ticket plan by March 15, 2013, will result in a forfeiture of the deposit, the 2013 season ticket location, and the priority number assigned. You will have the opportunity to upgrade to a more expensive deposit level by completing the Seat Change Request form included with your invoice; however, the deposit percentage may no longer apply.
Downgrading from the deposit commitment to a less expensive seat category and/or a smaller season ticket plan is not permitted. Seat locations are subject to availability, with a maximum of eight seats per person.
