Young Benefactors OFFSEASON ON ICE

After an exciting and historic 2012 season for the Washington Nationals, the team's Dream Foundation is partnering with DC-metro area young professionals for the highly anticipated 2013 season and beyond! The Dream Foundation, charitable arm of the Nationals, is committed to partnerships that improve the lives of children and families across the DC-metro area.

Our three cornerstone initiatives focus on children's health, education and recreation, and include:

• The Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy - opening in 2013
• The Washington Nationals Pediatric Diabetes Care Complex at Children's National Medical Center - opening in 2013
• The Neighborhood Initiative - grants to effective local nonprofits

The Young Benefactors of the Washington Nationals Dream Foundation will launch at our first fundraising event, OFFSEASON ON ICE, on Thursday, February 7 from 6-10:00p.m. at the Georgetown Waterfront. We would be thrilled to have you in attendance.

"There are only two seasons - winter and baseball," but with your help we can keep the city's NATITUDE ignited all offseason long.

Proceeds go to the cornerstone initiatives of the Washington Nationals Dream Foundation.
